PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

Oral Presentation Guidelines:

Oral Presentation –  VDO submission  Google Form

Video clip 10 minutes (not exceed) in mov or mp4 format (HD, 30 fps, >50mb) with the name of file as paper code-presenter surname

a. Power-point recording presentation by preparing your ppt slides and using function (Slide show – record slide show for every slides) then save as mp4 file. OR

b. You can record your display clip via other programs i.e. OBS or any communication program with recording i.e. zoom or webex.

Poster Presentation Guidelines:

Poster presentation-  VDO submission  Google Form

  • Format: e-Poster (1 page with A0 size or 90cm width X 120cm height) presentation file will be accepted in PDF format only.
  • Presenter video clip: mp4 file (3 – 4 mins) with HD resolution or higher, but not more than 1GB in file size 

a. Camera clip from mobile phone or digital camera or video recorder. This case you can show your face talking the poster story, you may prepare any related materials or slide show in background. OR         

b. Power-point recording presentation by preparing some Power Point slides (3 Pages) describing your poster and using function (Slide show – record slide show for every slides) then save as mp4 file. OR    

c. You can record your display clip via other programs i.e. OBS or any communication program with recording i.e. Zoom or Webex.   

Note: No need to print the poster and explain. You can use any applications i.e. PowerPoint recording or just simple video recorder. You need to make sure for good quality of sound in the clip, noise-canceling microphone is recommended.

  • Fonts: Do not use special fonts which are not part of the standard Adobe Acrobat Reader package, as this will cause problems while uploading your file.
  • File name: The name of the presentation file should include the presenter’s name and the presentation number. To avoid any compatibility problems, please do not use special characters (e.g. «, Ö, Ø, ñ, ε, ®, ý, }, {, etc.) to name your presentation.
  • Do not use any passwords or encryption for your presentation.

Certificate:

Certifications will be issued by the Organizing Committee. If you would like to give the oral presentation, please indicate when you submit the abstract. All presenters will have the certificates.

Guideline for abstract and full paper submission:

All participants are invited to submit abstracts or full papers. Submitted abstracts or full papers will be peer-reviewed for their acceptance by the Scientific Committee.

Your registration is required to access an abstract submission, but the payment is not mandatory at this stage, unless you get the notification of acceptance. Only accepted abstracts or full pape, will be published in the abstract book or proceeding after the full payment of registration fee has been made. (Please make a payment by March 10, 2021)

Note: In style and presentation, they should conform to that laid down for manuscripts but the length should not exceed 5 printed pages in the Proceedings including tables and figures.

Presentation Guideline: Time allocation for each presenter:

Keynote speaker       20  minutes

Invited speaker      20  minutes
Oral presentation     10  minutes (to be announced depending on the number of presenters)
